학교도서관 운영인력의 역할에 대한 인식연구 * A Study the Staffs’ Perception of their Roles in the School Libraries 장 해 숙(Hai-Sook Jang)** 목 차 1. 서 론 2. 이론적 배경 3. 인식조사 및 분석 4. 결 론 ￭참고문헌 초 록 본 연구는 학교도서관 활성화 방안의 일환으로 사서교사의 역할과 그 필요성, 즉 전문 인력(담당교사 및 사서교사/사서)과 보조 인력의 역할에 대한 자기역할인식과 상호역할인식을 교차 비교하여 상호 인식이 다른 부분을 확인함으로써, 학교도서관 전문 인력과 보조 인력 간 상호 이해를 증진시킬 수 있는 토대를 마련하고자 하였다. 본고에서 학교도서관 업무에 해당하는 관리영역업무, 기능영역업무, 교육봉사영역업무 등의 전반적인 업무분야에서 인식차이를 줄일 수 있는 노력이 필요하다. ABSTRACT This study analyzed perception of the staffs' role in school libraries as a way of revitalization of school libraries. This study aims to clarify the differences between self and mutu al perception of role among staffs(teachers, teacher librarians/librarian and assistant staff s) by comparing cross-over. It made an attempt to find a way of improving mutual understandin gs between staffs and assistant staffs in school libraries.
