The team shall then immediately nominate the substitute and inform the Organising Committee accordingly. 8.4 A player of one Participating Team may not, in any circumstance, play for another Participating Team during the Peace Cup. 8.5 The Organisers shall issue official accreditation cards to the players and officials of each Participating Team. 8.6 Only those players who are in possession of such an accreditation card are entitled to play in the matches of the competition. The accreditation card shall always be available for inspection by the officials (the referees, the general co-ordinator or the match commissioner) prior to the start of the match. 8.7 Each Participating Team will receive 35 accreditation cards. ARTICLE 9. FORFEIT OF A MATCH 9.1 In the case when a team does not appear on the field for the match or refuses to continue the match caused by force majeure (except when this is approved by the Organizing Committee) or leaves the field before finishing the match, the team shall be the loser of the match. 9.2 If a team gives up playing during the match, the final score shall be 3 to 0. If the actual score is higher than this, the actual score shall become the final score. 9.3 The team which abandoned a match shall not be able to participate in the remaining matches if the match mentioned in article 9.2 is not the team´s final match. The team shall compensate to the Organisers for damages incurred. The team will not qualify for the next Peace Cup. 9.4 If a team abandons a match it shall compensate to the Organizing Committee all costs caused by its action. ARTICLE 10. THINGS TO BE PROVIDED TO THE PARTICIPATING CLUBS 10.1 The Organizing Committee shall provide accommodation, meals and means of transportation. 10.2 The Organizing Committee shall provide a training ground, 20 balls for training and an interpreter. 10.3 Each team shall be provided a meeting room and necessary materials.
