8 5.4 Additional sanctions can be decided by the Organizer depending on the seriousness of the cases. ARTICLE 6. QUALIFICATION OF THE PARTICIPATING PLAYERS 6.1 Players have to be registered at their football association according to the rules of FIFA and their association (FIFA regulations Art. 10. 1). 6.2 Players should prove their registration by showing a valid document from the national association. 6.3 Foreign players should have a valid FIFA International Transfer Certificate (ITC) issued by their national association and in order to participate in the Peace Cup they have to submit a valid copy of the ITC to the match commissioner. 6.4 In case of a non-citizen player, who is not registered in any team and does not have an ITC, he should have a certificate issued by his national association to his club. 6.5 All participating players should have a passport issued by their nation to prove their nationality. ARTICLE 7. SUBSTITUTION OF PLAYERS 7.1 Each Participating Team is allowed to substitute 5 (five) players and 1 (one) goalkeeper during the matches of the Peace Cup. ARTICLE 8. OFFICIAL LIST AND REGISTRATION OF PLAYERS 8.1 For PR of the Peace Cup, each Participating Team shall deliver a preliminary list of players, which includes their profiles and photos (more than 23 players,) to the Organizing Committee 30 days before the opening match. The preliminary list of players shall include the family name and name, nickname, name on the shirt, position, place and date of birth and passport number of each player. 8.2 Each participating team shall submit the official list of 23 players including their photos and profiles, three of whom shall be goalkeepers to the organizer 15 days before the opening match. The 23 official players should all be registered with their national associations 10 days before the opening. All participating players shall have the same shirt number that the participating team habitually uses. 8.3 A listed player may be substituted in the event of serious injury up until 24 hours before his team’s first match, after Organising Committee has received a detailed medical assessment in English and only after it is accepted and confirmed by the Organising Committee that the injury is sufficiently serious to prevent the player from taking part in the
