7 In case two or more teams are equal on the basis of the above three criteria after the Group Round, their ranking in each group shall be determined as follows: d) Goal difference resulting from the group matches between teams involved; e) Number of goals scored in the group matches between teams involved; f) A team receives less number of cautions g) A team committed less number of fouls h) Drawing of lots by the Organising Committee. 4.7 The matches in the Group Round shall be played in accordance with the schedule drawn up by the Organisers. 4.8 The four (4) Participating Teams occupying the first position in each group shall play the semi-final match, and the winner of each semi-final shall play the final match, the winner of which will be the champion of the competition and the loser the runner up. 4.9 If the final match results in a draw, two extra periods of 15 minutes each after a 5 minute break following the end of the second period will determine the winner. If the two extra periods result in a draw, penalty kicks taken from the penalty spot will determine the winner. 4.10 The champion and the runner up shall receive trophies as well as the corresponding cash prizes established by the Organisers, being Euro 2,000,000.00 (two million Euros) for the champion and Euro 1,000,000.00 (one million Euros) for the runner up and Euro 500,000 (five hundred thousand Euros) for the defeated semi-finalists. ARTICLE 5. DISCIPLINARY RULES FOR THE COMPETITION 5.1 If a player receives a caution (yellow card) in two different matches in the group round, he will be suspended for the match following the match in which he receives the second caution. 5.2 A player expelled from the field of play by a Referee shall not be allowed to stay on the bench during the match. 5.3 If a player is sent off as the result of receiving one red card or two yellow cards during the same match, he will automatically be suspended from his team’s next match.
