6 3.1 The Participating Teams shall be obliged to take part in the Peace Cup with all the titular players in their teams on the occasion, with the exception of those unable to play due to injury, in accordance with a medical report being displayed by the medical department, those due to any calls for players to play for their respective national teams in official matches acknowledged and recognised by FIFA or if the team is to take part in any official continental competitions that might happen at the same time as the Peace Cup. 3.2 Each Participating Team shall have a delegation of maximum thirty-five (35) members. (Maximum of 23 players and 12 officials) 3.3 Each Participating Team shall arrive in venue at least one (1) day before the team’s first match and leave on the day after their last match. ARTICLE 4. TECHNICAL RULES FOR THE COMPETITION 4.1 The Participating Teams shall be divided into four (4) groups of three (3) teams. 4.2 The Organisers shall divide the Participating Teams into groups by means of a draw. 4.3 The Participating Teams in the groups shall be designated as follows: Group A Group B Group C Group D A1 B1 C1 D1 A2 B2 C2 D2 A3 B3 C3 D3 4.4 The system of play shall be a Round Robin system, each Participating Team playing one (1) match against each of the other Participating Teams in the same group during the Group Round, i.e. a total of two (2) matches for each Participating Team during the Group Round (“the Group Round”), with three (3) points for win, one (1) point for draw and none for a defeat. 4.5 After the Group Round, the Participating Team occupying the first position in each group shall be qualified for the semi-final. The winner of each semi-final will advance to the Final match. 4.6 The ranking in each group shall be determined as follows: a) Greater number of points obtained in all group matches b) Goal difference in all group matches c) Greater number of goals scored in all group matches
