5 ARTICLE 1. 2009 PEACE CUP INTERNATIONAL FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 1.1 This tournament is officially called the 2009 Peace Cup ndalucía (“Peace Cup”). ARTICLE 2. ORGANISATION OF THE COMPETITION 2.1 Peace Dream Foundation, located at Ronda de Segovia, Madrid, Spain shall host the competition. 2.2 The Organising Committee shall be responsible for organising, hosting and staging the matches of the Peace Cup. 2.3 The Organising Committee shall undertake to observe the 2009 Peace Cup Regulation and all the applicable rules and regulations of the Fédération Internationale de Football ssociation (“FIF ”) and Real Federación Española de Fútbol (RFEF). 2.4 The competition will be held from July 24, 2009 to August 2, 2009 2.5 The competition will take place in Madrid, Seville, Málaga, Jerez and Huelva of Spain. The Organising Committee will decide the venue of each match. 2.6 The Promotion Company, which is authorized by the Organising Committee, may perform its duties and activities solely or may designate a third party to perform such duties and activities on its behalf. ARTICLE 3. PARTICIPATING TEAMS The number of well recognised and respected professional teams taking part in the tournament has been fixed at twelve (12) (“Participating Teams”). The Participating Teams will be selected from different continents. 3.1 The Participating Teams: Sevilla FC Real Madrid FC Málaga CF Seongnam Ilhwa (S.
