15 it over the air (e.g. by microwave links, satellite, phones such as com- casting) or be it over cable (e.g. wire, closed circuits, on line communication such as web-casting), live or deferred, uncoloured monochrome. 20.6 The Organising Committee shall exploit, exclusively, all of the media rights relating to the Peace Cup. ARTICLE 21. EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE 21.1 The Executive Committee for the Peace Cup presided over by one member from the Organising Committee and composed of: - 1 (one) Member from the Royal Spanish Football Association - 1 (one) Member from each Participating Team (1 Delegate from each of the 12 Teams has to be elected by the Participating Team) Will have the following responsibilities: a) Impose fines and penalties on the Participating Teams, their players, officials and members; b) Appoint referees and official for each match as well as the match commissioners and security officers; c) Replace Participating Teams, which have withdrawn; d) Fix and change the dates and venues of the matches; and e) Decide the match system, the draw and the forming of groups, in accordance with the technical rules for the competition set forth in Article 4 above. ARTICLE 22. DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE 22.1 The Disciplinary Committee for the Peace Cup will be presided over by one Member from the Royal Spanish Football Association and composed of: - 2 (two) Members from the Participating Teams - 2 (two) Members from the Organising Committee 22.2 The Disciplinary Committee may sanction Participating Teams, their players, officials and members, and any person carrying out duties at a match on behalf of the Participating Team for any breach of the 2009 PEACE CUP Regulations, or any violation of decisions reached by the Executive Committee or for any action violating the spirit or articles of the Laws of the Game in connection with matches in the competition.
