13 entire competition, from the moment they enter Spain until the time of their departure. b) Concluding compulsory third party, health, accident and travel insurance cover for all the members of its delegation (players and officials). c) Paying for incidental expenses incurred by delegation members during the course of their stay in Spain and for any costs incurred by additional members of the delegation. d) Paying for any costs incurred by extending its stay beyond the dates specified in the contract with the Organizing Committee. e) Applying for visas in good time from the diplomatic mission of the organising country, if necessary. f) Participating in press conferences, the draw and interviews after a match and official media activities hosted by Organisers. ARTICLE 18. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ORGANISER 18.1 The Organisers shall be responsible for: a) Ensuring that order and safety is maintained in and around training grounds, hotels and stadiums throughout the entire competition and that the matches are played under optimum conditions of safety and security; b) Ensuring that sufficient ground staff and security stewards are present to guarantee that the matches run smoothly; c) Assuming responsibility for all organisational tasks related to the matches ARTICLE 19. DOPING CONTROL 19.1 Doping is prohibited. 19.2 Doping is the use of certain substances or methods capable of artificially enhancing the physical and/or mental capacity of a player, with a view to improving his athletic or mental performance. 19.3 The use of a substance or a procedure, which is intended to modify or destroy samples of urine or other substances being examined in doping tests, also constitutes an act of doping.
