They shall be selected from the current FIFA international referees’ list. 15.3 The Organising Committee, instructed by the RFEF, shall appoint the referees, assistant referees. 15.4 The decisions made by Organising Committee are final and not subject to appeal. 15.5 If the referee or one of his assistants is prevented from carrying out his duties before or during a match because of injury, indisposition, etc., he shall be replaced by the fourth official. 15.6 On the report form, the referee shall note all occurrences before, during and after the match in as much details as possible, such as: (i) Misconduct of players, leading to caution or expulsion (ii) Unsporting behaviour of officials, supporters and any person acting on behalf of the Participating Team (iii) Any other incidents. 15.7 The referees, assistant referees and fourth officials will receive their official refereeing outfits and equipment from the Organising Committee. They shall wear only these outfits and equipment on match days. 15.8 The match officials shall be given the opportunity to use training facilities. 15.9 Referees shall be paid for their work in accordance with RFEF rules. ARTICLE 16. SUBMISSION OF REPORT 16.1 The tournament coordinator and match commissioner shall submit official reports for each match and a report about the tournament to the Organizing Committee. A match report shall be submitted within three hours after the end of the match and the tournament report in 30 days after the end of the tournament to the Organizing Committee. ARTICLE 17.
