11 13.3 Each participating team shall wear its official uniform, which is indicated on the application form they submitted to the Organising Committee. Each participating team shall prepare a reserve uniform which is plainly different from the official uniform and specified on the application form. Each participating team shall bring the reserve uniform for every match. 13.4 For each match, the Organisers will determine the Participating Team which will be considered as the host of the match (“Team ”) and declare on the left side of the paper. In case the uniforms of the Team A and the other non Hosting Participating Team are similar (“Team B”), Team B will have to change its uniform. If Team B does not change its uniform, the referee shall consider Team A the winner of the match and Team B will be subject to a penalty fee of one hundred thousand US dollars (US$100,000.00), without prejudice of other penalties. 13.5 Each participating team shall bring their official and reserve uniforms for all matches. In case the colours of the uniforms of two teams matching are the same and the match commissioner or referee thinks it is necessary to change uniforms for the purpose of TV broadcasting they shall change the uniforms. In this case two teams shall wear the reserve uniforms or mixed uniforms of official and reserve uniforms. 13.6 Goal keepers shall use their registered number (at least two different colours of shirts for main goal keeper and one shirt for reserve goal keeper). They are not allowed to wear a shirt, which has a different number from the originally registered number in any circumstance. 13.7 The FIFA Equipment Regulations, which came into force in January 2001, shall be consulted for specific instructions concerning the playing kit and other sideline articles worn by the players and Participating Team officials. ARTICLE 14. MATCH BALL 14.1 The match ball shall be selected and supplied by the Organizer. 14.2 The match ball shall bear one of the following three designations: the official “FIF Approved” logo, the official “FIF Inspected” logo or the reference “International Match Ball Standard”. ARTICLE 15. REFEREES, ASSISTANT REFEREES, FOURTH OFFICIALS 15.1 A referee, two (2) assistant referees and a fourth official shall be appointed for each match of the Peace Cup. 15.2 The referees, assistant referees and fourth officials chosen for the matches of the Peace Cup shall come from a national association whose Participating Team is not included
