10 10.4 Match staff shall be provided the same as mentioned in articles 10.1 and 10.3 ARTICLE 11. MATCHES PLAYED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE MATCH 11.1 All matches shall be played in accordance with the Laws of the Game laid down by the International Football Association Board published by FIFA. 11.2 Panels or electronic display boards, numbered on both sides for clarity, shall be used to indicate. a) The substitution of players b) The number of minutes to be allowed for lost time 11.3 In the case of any discrepancy in the interpretation of the Laws of the Game, the English version is authoritative. ARTICLE 12. DURATION OF MATCHES 12.1 Each group match shall last 90 minutes, comprising two periods of 45 minutes, with an interval of 15 minutes in between. In the case of a draw after 90 minutes in a semi-final or the final match, two periods of 15 minutes of play shall follow an interval of 5 minutes following the second half of the semi-final or final match. When the extended period results in a draw, penalty kicks will decide the winner. 12.2 Clocks in the stadium showing the length of time played may run during the match, provided that the clocks in question are stopped at the end of normal playing time in each half, i.e. after 45 (forty-five) and 90 (ninety) minutes respectively. This rule shall be applied for the extended periods (15 minutes each for first and second period) in the semi-final or final matches. 12.3 At the end of the two periods of normal playing time (45 minutes each), the referee shall indicate to the fourth official, either orally or by gesturing with his hands, the number of minutes he has decided to allow for time lost. Each allowance for time lost shall be shown on the panels or electronic display boards by the fourth official. ARTICLE 13. STADIA, HOSTING, UNIFORM 13.1 The Organiser will choose the stadiums where the matches will be played. 13.2 The Organizing Committee shall guarantee that the chosen stadiums keep the match regulations. All the matches shall be played on natural grass.
