Kim Gueonmun / Then aged 17/ Presidential Citation (Aug. 15, 2020) [Sonjuk Samsan-myeon, Yeosu/ From Jun. 4, 1912 to Aug 3, 1983] Graduated from Sonjuk Private Primary School in March 1928, he entered Yeosu Public Fisheries School on April 5, 1928. In his second grade, he aggressively participated in the Anti- Japanese Movement in December 1929 and got expelled from the school. About getting caught while working at Yeosu Social Science Association and Yeosu Vanguard Union in June 1930, he escaped to Sonjuk-ri Samsan- myeon Yeosu county. He continued the anti-Japanese movement by organizing a proletarian group.
