The Rose of July
Colonel Robert R. Martin and the 108 spirits gave away their youth
As is it is nothing their green youth like bamboo shoots soley
For the freedom and peace of Korea in the Korean War On july 8th, 1950
You buried your names in this land after the solemn death to protect
The peace of Korea not being able to feel the ardent love of family
As a father and a son and a husband.
The 70 unfeeling years fade away in the excruciating memo of
The living and and the dead while the more crimson rose of July blooms
Not being aware of the season as if it is the blood of the deceased today,
We take a pious attitude before humble souls.
